We haven't been to this restaurant for a while and now we realise what we have been missing. The service is exemplary, food and atmosphere is superb. Grant and his team rightly deserve the awards they have. The special last night was tuna marinaded in plum wine for 24 hours then seared...fantastic. The best dessert is the Malva Pudding...if ever... more

I reserved a table at the Plough for my bosses (CEO, General Manager) and Clients (Directors and staff) for a dinner meeting. I have never had so many wows ,thank you's and compliments - apparently the service and especially the Food did wonders for business. The Chef came out and chatted to all concerned as well as the other guests... more

I took my husband to the plough for a special birthday meal. We had a starter and main course each followed by coffee. The "entree" of salmon mousse were delicious - you could taste every flavour in the mousse. The starters were lovely - my husband had the tuna medallions which he kept saying "delicious", "this is so good" all... more
