Food OK (for pub grub) but expensive and not particularly good quality. Our steaks were tough and we thought the menu was great until we found out that many items were not available (at 8pm on a Friday!). It's an out-of-the-way place and transport home could be a problem. If taxis DO arrive, they're like hen's teeth and are likely... more

I really used to love this place but I think its gone downhill. The pannacotta is excellent so is the lobster and chips. The sharing boards are great in the summer but quality of produce has dwindled a bit. I had some cod a while back and it was very disappointing. Shame. UPDATE!! Went for lunch yesterday. Much better. more
