Excellent food, kind people and nice atmosphere. Quick serving, and in a good location in Paris. Highly recommended!
It was very bad pizza I can make better form shop frozen one. Owner looks like says one storry all over the years 31 years here and in Napoli its pizza like this… come on 😂
Good atmosphere helped by attentive staff and owner. The second time I've eaten here. Had pizza this time, which was tasty and well presented. The past last time was as good. Strongly recommend a visit if you are in Paris Short walk down the road...from Gare de NordMore
We enjoyed a typical Naples meal in Paris a a charming restaurant. The host was great. The food was excellent. We dined and drank for almost 3 hours. The tomatoes and mozzarella salad was fresh and tasty. We had pizza and spaghetti for our main...course. We were full but shared a homemade tiramisu that was so good we wanted more. We recommend this restaurant and will return thereMore
Thanks a lot to Mr. Giovanni and his wife. The very delicious vegetarian soup and paste. Dont live Paris, without visiting Giovanni
We were looking for a place to eat on Saturday night, and we came across Giovanni’s. The place was packed, but we were able to get a table for three. Giovanni actually waited on us, and he is great. He made us feel very welcome....He is so personable. The food was wonderful. We had pizza and salads, and they were very good. We also had the tiramisu, and it was excellent, not too heavy, but just right. We enjoyed it so much we went back the last night of our stay and ate with him again. I had lasagna the second night, and it was very good. I highly recommend Giovanni’s.More
A group of us first visited this memorable restaurant 3 years ago and when we returned to Paris in April this year were delighted to find that nothing had changed. The most wonderful pizza, mouth-watering salads and desserts, all served along with a warm welcome...by Giovanni. We were staying nearby and spent the six nights of our trip dining at the restaurant because we liked the food and ambience so much. A great restaurant and we’ll be back next year!More
We visited Giovanni as a group & loved it so much we returned several times during our trip. Giovanni is very friendly & helpful with suggestions on the menu depending on our tastes. The food was excellent. Loved the pizzas & the salad. The deserts...were also very tasty on the days we had room after eating the main course (great portion sizes). Always felt welcomed and cannot wait to visit Giovanni's again when next in Paris.More
Very expensive considering the food. And the garlic bread costs extra, don’t fall for it. Pizza was ok but quite oily. Not worth the money, would not recommend.
Two Canadians went looking for real Italian pizza, we were greeted at the door by the very very friendly Giovanni. He made our night. Funny stories, very friendly service, and Amazing food!! We will definitely be going there again and were very happy with the...service. Giovanni is the most kind and happily opened his doors to two foreigners. 10/10 food and service. Very pleased.More
The food is very good indeed. We have eaten here a number of times and never been disappointed. Giovanni is welcoming and helpful. Thank you for our lovely meals.
Quality of food to price ratio was absolutely spectacular, thank you so much! The meat was cooked very well, it was not dry, but very juicy and tasty. My friend group and I had a few pizzas on the table, all of them were very...delicious and professionally made - the crust was thin, which is just the way I like it! Despite the fact that the restaurant has been located practically in the centre of Paris, the prices on the menu were not that high, it was very reasonable. Thanking the staff for helping us enjoy our evening. And, of course, the coffee here is worth mentioning! It was extremely fragnant, thank you!More
A couple of my friends that ahve visited France a week before me have recommended this place, therefore I was sure I am going to fancy the cuisine in here. The owner of the place is very friendly and lively, always happy to support a...conversation. The food was absolutely amazing, I really enjoyed my dinner. Thank you so much for a pleasant evening and delicious food!!More
Went for dinner during our vacation. Went right at 7 and got a covered outside seat. The proprietor immediately helped us and got us drinks and menus and helped my wife get seated. We got the house wine, calamari as an entree (which they did...in ring form and served with a really delicious sauce). We all got pizza, I got the chefs pizza with egg and sausage, my youngest the cheese, my wife and daughter one of the others. We all had a fantastic meal and dessert as well as some delightful conversation with the proprietor and leftovers for another meal. The proprietor is from Naples and it shows: the pizza rocks! We are picky about pizza and we’ve had many types all over, including in italy, and Giovanni’s was not lacking. If you are anywhere close try it out. I will certainly return when I get back to Paris.More
