Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish - lovely service, great atmosphere, absolutely incredible food. The presentation is exceptional and the taste is insane! Highly recommend the faux gras, and the raw cheese board is so pretty you don’t want to tuck in (but do). Highly...recommended!More

A surprisingly good restaurant. Delicious food, nicely presented, with interesting textures. Very happy with our meal. Efficient, friendly staff. Good wine list at a reasonable price. Tasteful decorations.

Genuinely the best vegan cheese I have ever had. I’ll never stop dreaming of the truffle! My gluten free husband enjoyed all of his selections, and everything I ate was delicious. So exciting to see a concept like this executed so flawlessly. The waiter was...lovely, and every course left us wanting more. Would recommend to vegans & non-vegans alike.More

We found this place by luck, We were spending one night in Paris and in our way to Gare du Nord just outside Piosonière metro station we were looking for a light lunch and there it was! All gluten, animal and dairy free. You will...not believe the quality of their food! It is great and should be in the top 100 in Paris.More

I am not vegan but I like to avoid meat and dairy when I can, and was also intrigued by the concept of the food being not only vegan but raw. I had a mushroom velouté, which was delicious, and then a dish based on...jackfruit, which was unlike anything I had ever tasted. "Delicious" is not quite the right word for the latter -- I'd say something more like "fascinating". Anyway, a great gastronomic experience. Their vegan cheeses are good if you don't try to pretend to yourself that they are actually cheese but instead enjoy them on their own terms. (I've had some quite unpleasant vegan cheeses in the past, but these were different -- one of them, a cream cheese, was something I could imagine eating regularly with great enjoyment.) And the chocolate pudding at the end was also very good, though it tasted more conventional (I wouldn't have guessed it was vegan) so I slightly regretted not going for one of the more unusual choices. I had the 42-euro tasting menu and was very happy with the experience. A great concept and great execution. I hope to come again soon and try out some of the dishes I didn't have this time.More

I came to 42 degrees with my girlfriend (she is vegan, i’m not) This was my first 100% raw experience and i’m impressed. We came for the Sunday brunch and we had the opportunity to taste many different preparations, and each one was an amazing...discovery. The chef is super passionate, the waiter very kind. Highlights: As a cheesecake lover, the raw lemon one was perfect, and i know how difficult can be to prepare a proper vegan cheesecake. Thank you for the experienceMore

Lovely atmosphere, smart but friendly. Food is absoulutely delcious (plus great wine!) Vegan cheese board is to die for. Three course menu in evening €36. Menu changes regularly. Vegan, gluten free heaven! I have brought strong meat eaters here who have loved it and gone...back themselves! Good intro for people who are scared of veganism!More

My wife and I LOVED 42 Degrés! We’ve had raw vegan food from some of NYC’s best chefs as well as prepared by pioneers of the raw food movement, and this was among the best. The artichoke carpaccio and carrot were light and delicious, a...perfect way to refresh the pallet before the meal. The almond gnocchi was outrageously good and the portabello burger was one of the best vegan dishes we’ve ever had. The mustard-flavored cheese was the best vegan cheese we’ve ever tasted, and the others were spectacular. By the time dessert came around, we weren’t sure if we could eat anymore, but it just looked so damn good. I’m glad we did it. The cocoa with hazelnut dish was so tasty and the lemon tart was also incredible. Cap it off with excellent service at very fair prices and you have yourself one very special night. Whether you are vegan (raw only or otherwise) or not, you will enjoy this meal. We will be back the next time we are in Paris!More

One of the rare raw places in Paris. Service is kind (yet slow). Food is ok but definitely not for me. My friend and I did not feel well the entire evening. Sorry.

42 degrees is one of the best vegan restaurants I have eaten at. 42 degrees relates to highest temperature to food is cooked at. I had the vegetable cakes with tomato and chilli sauce whilst my partner had the heirloom tomatoes with black tatanard. Both...excellent followed by the lasagna and sprouted buckwheat and basil.pesto. For desert to trio sorbet was exceptional. Overall meal was 10/10 if I had more time in Paris would try the whole menu.More

Can you think of a better idea in 103 degree heat then to eat raw food? What a delight. We were pleasantly surprised to have such delicious food. The chef was most accommodating as my daughter has a nut allergy. He made several special dishes...and she loved them all. I especially like the gazpacho and the mushroom burger was excellent. Enjoy!More

We had never tried raw food. 42 Degres overcame any skepticism. The small team - chef, a couple of assistants and a single waiter - tirelessly produced creative and delicious food. We had the portobello burger and gnocchi. Excellent! The Vegan cheese platter also was...very tasty. Everything was plated thoughtfully, despite the crush of orders and small staff. There was a significant wait for the food. On the bright side, it was a beautiful evening and none of the food got cold - because it already was cold! Highly recommend this innovative, Vegan, raw restaurant.More

It’s a very tiny space. They may be accommodating, but I doubt you will be able to leave your bags tableside.
