I guess I'm not getting all they hype with what I've experienced overseas. The restaurant was easy enough to get into since you can make reservations online and the food was ok. The ambience I didn't like so much. There are waiters EVERYWHERE!!!! Good grief! The tables are about 6 inches apart and they won't change your table if you... more

This is a magnificent Paris treasure and is beautiful to look at from the outside and inside. It's always sooooooo busy and most Saturday's the wait to get a table is a hour long (at least) and out the door but if you don't mind waiting then it's great. The macaroons we were told are gluten free however, which was... more

Much prefer this store to the one near Madelaine. Less busy, slightly shorter waiting lines for the macarons. I just prefer the decor here. Feels lighter and fresher. And the staff is much nicer too. more

We went to the one on the Champs Elysees and enjoyed it so much we went back again the following evening. The hot chocolate is heavenly and rich, their macarons are fantastic - ALMOST as good as Pierre Herme, and the tart tartin was perfect. More than anything we appreciated the quick and attentive service, and the ambiance is beautifully... more

The Macaroons here are legendary. You buy them in boxes, of 4, 6, 8 and so on. Firstly they look amazing nestled in thier posh, pastel boxes, almost to good to eat, almost. They come in an array of flavours, and gorgeous rich colours. The seasonal flavours are always fun to try, pumpkin in the autumn, cinnamon in the winter... more

We had good service in late afternoon at Rue Royale location. Vanilla macarons were very good...pistachio was very dry. We had a simple lunch of a Laduree club sandwich and an omelette...they were good and we liked the thick fries (though some were not done in the center). Not outstanding ,but we just wanted a simple lunch because we had... more

Had breakfast here and will never go there again. Terrible service from the waiting staff. Even received dirty plates during our meal. Complained to the Manager. Didn't seem to care. Over rated and over priced. more

We got tea and pastries here and it was amazing and elegantly Parisian. We went to the one on the Champs-Elysees and I ordered Marie Antoinette Tea and an Isphahan. The service was very good. Don't leave without a box of macarons - they come in a variety of flavors and are actually pretty cheap. My favorite flavors were the... more

We had our hotel book a reservation for lunch just 15 prior to arriving. Most diners were finishing up so we received good service. Ordered simple club sandwiches with fries. Very good sandwich, but for 20 euros, not great value. But the upstairs salons are beautiful, each room different & highly decorated - we were seated right next to a... more
