Delightful restaurant. Intimate, relaxed atmosphere, delicious food with a good mix of French classics but also some good vegetarian options. Very good value with friendly service. We visited with our two tweenagers and all loved it.
A feel good place! Small & cosy. Really tasty , nice french food and very friendly staff. We defenitely recommend. *****
Wonderful dinner at Le Temps Des Cerises. We were on the early side and had most of the upstairs room to ourselves for about 20 minutes. The place filled and was lively but not noisy. We had the escargot to share and both had fish...entrees that were excellent. The recommended Loire valley sancerre wine was perfect. The service was kind and friendly but not overbearing. My rudimentary french was tolerated with kindness. Would go back in a heartbeat!More
We were recommended to come here and I can see why. The tables are close together and we did chat to the people next to us a bit but we could also have our own private conversation, without being disturbed by anyone else, but it...added to the intimate but lively atmosphere. The waiter was lovely, so friendly, offered French or English and put up with us trying our awful French with such good grace. The food was fabulous, absolutely perfect and great value. Definitely one I'd recommend.More
The best food we had !!! The restaurant is in a nice neighbourhood and it has a calming and Parisian atmosphere. Incredible food, absolutely delicious and the staff was so nice and helpful. The food was delayed so not only they apologised but also brought...us a beverage drink for the disturbance. We tried the onion soup which was incredible and two other dishes . The cream brûlée was also the most tasty sweet we had in Paris !More
Recommended by a friend in Atlanta, this is a great small restaurant in the Marais district. Delicious snails, sole and other traditional French fare, excellent wine choices and the very nicest staff.
This was our third time at this wonderful restaurant. We invited some French friends to join us, and they thought it was fantastic, as well. Our food was delicious (as were the stand desserts). And the service was outstanding. We are sad to go home...but happy that we can return here the next time in Paris. Merci beaucoup pour la bougie et pour les voeux pour mon anniversaire! AngelaMore
A local spot for locals. Everyone seems to know everyone and the vibe is warm and friendly. However, go for the food! Truly excellent old tome Paris Bistro fare. I had the best foie gras ever and my wife enjoyed her canard de maison equally...as much. They do not take reservations so go earlyMore
Dined here because hotel recommended it, so I was a little bit dubious. Easy walk from our hotel, SO-Paris. The restaurant is small with tables close together but fun to talk to people next to you. We arrived at 7:00, and by 8:00 it had...filled up so every seat was taken. Two large groups made it noisy but not unbearable. Jeffrey, the Owner, was charming and very friendly and helped us make menu selections. He and another fellow did everything. We both started with onion soup, followed by shared escargot plate. They brought them out together - my suggestion would be split into two courses. Both were really good. I had the chicken with a delicious basil sauce, and my husband had the duck breast. Both were delicious and portion size was generous. Dessert was a shared apple tart - really tasty! House red wine was really decent. It’s hard to complain about a meal like this that cost less than $125 for two in Paris!More
Food is wonderful and staff very friendly. It a small area and tables are close but the atmosphere is friendly and warm.
A great old property in the heart of the Murais in Paris. The food is an outstanding combination of new ingredients and old school techniques. Very inventive menu combining old favorites with a twist of Ingredients from many cultures. Stellar wind list with every offering...available by the glass. A full cocktail program as well. The desserts complete the meal and flavorful without being cloying. Just a great spot that I recommend highly. I look forward to a return.More
We had a lovely meal here and could not fault it. Food great, wine great, service great. A really enjoyable evening. I would highly recommend a visit.
This was my second visit to this lovely bistro. This time with family. Service was great. We were able to sit outside the weather was so warm and there was still a great atmosphere. Perfect place to go for a cliched French meal! That said,...my snails had shells in them and had to be abandoned. But all in all would recommend and would go again.More
Fabulous last night in Paris. We’ve been in France for the past month and this is our last night before flying home to Australia. We wanted that real French bistro feel so we scouted around and found Le Temps des Cerises. The food and ambience...were superb. Lobster risotto, Angus beef steak, juicy pork, great appetisers and sublime desserts. Fabulous Morgan Beaujolais. Service was great too. Highly recommend 😋More
