After choosing this restaurant for what we thought would be a "fancy first class restaurant" to enjoy a memorable dinner at while in Paris, we were extremely disappointed. We chose to enjoy the grand ecru menu, which at 114euro each we expected something much more. The food was average and while the view of the Eiffel Tower was impressive, the... More

We went to Le Ciel de Paris for lunch and was not disappointed. Even though we did not have a reservation we were seated immediately, with an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower. The service was amazing. Our waiter was so attentive without being bothersome. I had a chicken dish which looked a little strange but it was delicious. I'm... More

If you ever have the chance I recommend the "Ciel de Paris". Ugly from the outside, great view from the inside. I was there for a group function and I cannot properly comment on how good the restaurant is, but.. The food for the function was tasty, well presented, and innovative. No cheese and crackers here. If possible, try to... More

Has to be visited for the view if nothing else. The bonus is that the food and service to accompany it are really good also. Had the grand ecru menu which at €114 per head including a bottle of wine each is good value in my opinion, considering that Paris is expensive anyway and your paying a premium for the... More

Pay about $7 and go to the viewing deck. Don't bother with this over-priced tourist trap! First, the restaurant says it is formal. This means at least nicely dressed, coat and tie, accessories, some care taken with ones toilette. This is not the case. Be ready for anything. Noisy 10-person table of Americans making their usual scene. A guy coming... More

Had it not been for the warm service we received, we would have left extremely disappointed. The restaurant used to be an old viewing platform so when seated at a table, the view can be obstructed by the previous barriers which have not been removed. We asked to change seats but only one of us at one could get a... More

I admit I am a lover of terraces and beautiful views. How to miss this one in Paris. It is absolutely suggested to go once during the day and once during the night (if you can go just once, go at night). The place is a top quality one; if you can't spend too much, go and grab a drink,... More

If you're looking for a romantic place to eat in Paris with a view, look no further. We decided to do this on our honeymoon instead if climbing the Eiffel tour, and we are so glad we did. The view is breathtaking, and you can see the Eiffel tour light show each hour. The service was fantastic, as was the... More

We revisited this restaurant in April 2013 after previously enjoying ourselves here in 2005. This visit was, however not as enjoyable as the first. Indeed the view is nothing short of heart stopping as you watch the sun set on the city and the Paris streets come to life at night. But we really thought that the experience was undermined... More

We wanted to have a special evening, maybe spending a little bit more monry...but for once! and it was worth it! The food was really good and the Champagne ...also!!!!!!DELICIOUS, it was in winter so we easily had the "show" by night, meaning admiring the Eiffel Tower but also the West side of Paris by night, with its lights. We... More
