We visited Le Gourmet de Seze as part of a small group. Service was clearly Michelin one-star quality. Ambience was your typical highly polished small French Restaurant. The multicourse tasting meal included several cheeses courses, at least six small desserts, several very tender lamb chops, and an excellent zuchini canneloni.
