Food, wine, price and service great! Of all the "bouchons" around one of the nicest and cosiest. A place to come back.
Stumbled there by chance, didn't have the reservation, found staff very inattentive, wine list poor and overpriced for place of this level, food was below any description, my partner have had stomach problems the day after. Dreadful place!
We were here for lunch during the week. The staff was friendly and helpfull and the location in old Lyon with a nice terrace is great. The food offered is typical "Lyonese", however we rated the quality only as average. In principal the dishes were OK, but mot realy tasty. Especially the deserts were disapointing. Waiting times between dishes were... More
What a little gem. In the old town of Lyon. Great food at a very reasonable price. Service good and quick.helpful staff. Terrific place and sure to return.
We were the first here and the service was super quick. I had the black pudding with roast apple which was very filling, I genuinely regretted ordering a main meal!! The main meal I chose was the lamb shank which was disappointing after the brilliance of the starter. The lamb was dry and not very appetising. The dessert I had... More

I can't rate the food but we were asked to wait 20 minutes for a terrace table and then our table was given away. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional with dealing with us after. There are lots of nice and better value restaurants in the near vicinity.
I have been Lyon twice and this place sells really nice french food from more than one menu but it can be expensive. so make sure you have enough to avoid problems ocuring. I recommend Menu Lyonnaise as it has a great choice to choose from. GOOD FOOD!!!
I had a very good time, good atmosphere, but the main reason to go there is the food!!! Suggested by italians...
Found this little gem in the heart of the old town, where we were able to sit outside for a very enjoyable and substantial set lunch of three courses for €19.50, very good value. Would definitely go again when in the area.
Amongst a myriad of bouchons in this area is this great gem. Fabulous service and great value 23€ meal. The Lyon specialty of sausage wrapped in pastry with red wine sauce was delicious. Highly recommend it and I was able to walk in at 7pm without a booking.
