We turned up at Kikaku early on a Friday evening (possibly a mistake) having read the wonderful reviews on Trip Advisor. I would have thought that when two people walk into a restaurant on a Friday evening they are obviously there hoping to have a meal..however, it didn't seem obvious to the staff. They didn't speak English, we don't speak... more
