Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was a bussiness travel with a group of 56 persons and we stayed for 2 nights(28 and 29 Oct 2020). The hotel is perfect, near to the motorway and the location is the best to visit everything(Tecnologic Park, La Alhambra, famous S.N mountains etc)....Close to Los Carmenes football stadium and Sports Arena, 5 minutes from the city centre using metro. All the members of the football club we're satisfied because ve had an excellent accomodation. Nice rooms with marvelous view to Sierra Nevada mountains and comfortable beds for relax and a good sleep. The food was nice cooking and we enjoyed our meals. Thanks to the Hotel's staff, they're proffessionals, helpfull and polite people. I hope to travel very soon in Granada and stay again to Abades Nevada Palace hotel, next time with my family and explore Sierra Nevada mountains. At the end, many thanks to Mrs Fatima a very proffessional, polite and beautifull lady who solved all our small problems. She was our group's angel-guard! Dear Mrs Fatima many thanks from my son for the souvenir-magnets. Kindly regards, Fotis.More

We stayed for 2 nights during November. There was a "deal" in the Spa facility during our stay which we made use of on both evenings after a day walking around in the city. Very relaxing, especially the sauna. Friendly, helpful staff from Reception to...the Bar. Very good service. We did not use the restaurant. Our large double room has obviously been well used and was in need of some TLC in places, but very clean and comfortable. Good size bathroom with shower, combined bidet/toilet, hair dryer etc but best if all a small fridge in the bedroom. The hotel appears to be regularly used by "coach parties" visiting the city, (6 coaches parked in the hotel over the two nights of our stay) but we did not have any issue with large groups of tourists anywhere in the hotel.....but we did not go into the restaurant for breakfast.....and the coaches and their people had all left by the time we walked out around 9.30am each morning. We found it very easy to get into the centre of the city, quickly and cheaply, using the Number 8 bus from the stop opposite the "Palacio Deportes". Less than a five minute walk from the Hotel. They run about every 12 minutes and the standard adult fare for any journey is €1.40, €1.50 at night. We then brought a €10 city bus pass from one of the machines in Gran Via and the price came down to €0.85 a journey. In Gran Via you can get the No. 31 bus which travels in a loop up to the Mirador de San Nicholas, alongside the Alhambra. The tram line also runs from the same place as the No. 8 bus. The tram takes you directly to the Nevada shopping centre in one direction and the city centre in the other, stopping at "Recorgidas" near Neptuno. Again the standard fare for any journey was €1.50. In summary, nice hotel, clean, good location, good room rate in November. Yes we would use it again as place to stay in Granada doing the "tourist thing".More

Food in Abades Nevada Palce Hotel Granada was good. Service of the hotel was fine. Though there was not much variety in breakfast for vegetarian people.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff are very welcoming. The rooms are clean and nicely presented. Breakfast is awesome. Highly recommended. I missed and iron in the room though. I have to admit that I never asked.

This hotel is situated on the outskirts of Granada just a 10 min drive from city centre & the Alhambra. Impressive looking hotel on the exterior & lobby with wrap around floor levels all facing in toward & looking down on to the lobby area....The rooms a nice with an bathroom/toilet which has a good shower & the toilet is one of the electric ones which cleans & dries you. The decor in the rooms does look a little dated in earth tones. Some of the furniture has seen better days but nothing you can’t live with for the price. Overall, a decently priced hotel which friendly staff & on site parking.More

An hotel of contrasts! Excellent leisure facilities, for sure. As for the rest…. The building is, to say the least, interesting. Constructed in a tight ellipitical shape, it is really impressive from the outside, but inside, think Star ship enterprise painted black Money has been...poured into the design, sadly, most of it has been wasted. The bar, in a large atrium is presented in shades of black, black and- well – black. Despite the excellent efforts of the barista, it is at best, unwelcoming. The staff, throughout, are excellent. Obliging, courteous and attentive without exception! The hotel has all the facilities you could wish for – so why were we so disappointed? First of all, catering. For a four star hotel, the food was not even average. Fatty bacon and cold scrambled egg at breakfast. If you wanted fruit well, yes, there was grapefruit, and then canned peaches and pears. In a four star hotel, canned fruit?? Fruit juice? Choice of pineapple or orange, from the one dispenser that was working. Dinner was a frankly uninspiring buffet. With a very limited choice, and a selection of desserts that consisted of several varieties of mousse, and thankfully some rice! The room had two very comfortable twin beds! Lighting was good, and there was a very comfortable upholstered armchair - and a hard, unupholstered upright chair. So, first come, first served! Bathroom – very slippery shower tray and a glass hand sink. Terribly avant garde, but do I really want to look through the glass to the plumbing beneath? Or strain to reach the hand towels on either side? A sad effort of appearance over substance! We will not go back!More

Wonderful week in southern Spain. Rooms are comfortable, something you need after a hard day visiting and walking through the city. And excellent location near to the main highway, so it is was easy to get out the city to visit Malaga, only an hour...from the hotel or the coast, less than 45 minutes or even the mountain.More

The paella was the best i'd ever tried in Spain. i prefer a bit wet kind of paella with soft rice that indulged in full seafood gravy.
