Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

"Croquetas" were a no taste big pile of white soft concrete. Between two I could only find I piece of bacon, very very little. Later we ask for plate with different fish: First I get cold fish. After they warm up, they bring it to...the table. When I put a piece of salmon near my mouth, I want to vomit. Waiter says : "fish is very fresh ; no worms, no NH3 smell" (Where was he raised? I don’t eat no rotten fish) 20 minutes later waiter is taken by ambulance but still saying that fish is very very fresh. Never coming back to this place.More

Their sangria and tapas (tortilla de patata, tometos with bread and fried eggplants) are very delicious, staffs are very frendly.

While walking about in Granada with my friend this past week we decided to stop at La Madraza Restaurante for dinner. I had batter dipped cod and my friend had pork roast. Both meals were quickly made, tasted great and were well worth the reasonable...price of 24 Euros including a Coca-Cola and water. We sat upstairs in a corner room, with only 3 tables, that overlooked the busy street. Very nice meal and experience. Highly recommended.More

We ate here several times, for lunch and dinner, because it was below our apartment and the staff were so friendly and the menu so varied. The salads are huge and we would recommend the exotic salad, something a bit different for Spain. Each time...we went we got more and more appetizers before the meal. The terrace outside is busy at the weekend and service is slow which is usual in Andalucia on a terrace in the sun when packed- so don't go if you are in a hurry.More

We broke a golden rule and visited a restaurant which had a girl giving out promotional leaflets on a street corner. Our first impression upon entering was good. It seemed to be an authentic Spanish menu, decor and customers. It went downhill rapidly after that....Service was indifferent. We ordered fillet steak and monkfish and prawn skewer. I specifically asked, in good Spanish, if I could have the fish just with vegetables and no chips. Yes I could. It came with roasted, quite hot, peppers, swimming in oil, together with chips completely devoid of moisture. It was quite clear from the service level that it was pointless to protest and in any event it was very late by then. The vast majority of monkfish I have eaten has been soft and moist. This was like rubber and I gave up after failing to conquer the first two pieces. No one was even remotely interested that I'd left a good deal of my food. Presumably they are used to it?! My husbands steak was OK in quality but unbelievably was overcooked! Most odd in a Spanish restaurant In my experience. He had the same peppers and rock hard mini strips of potato masquerading as chips. My recommendation is not to bother and I certainly wouldn't go back. It scrapes a 2 because of the atmosphere and the wine which was very good and reasonably priced.More
