Great atmosphere, tasteful food. Order your drink and get a free tapa with it, and not any tapa, but a delightful tapa! I loved this place and fully recommend it. It has a good variety of wines and the waitress (or maybe she is the...owner) welcomes you as if it was her home, warm and attentive. prices are reasonable.More
We dropped in at the suggestion of our guide in Granada. It was friendly and lively. There's absolutely no English spoken or on the menu so you need to be adventurous. The manzanilla sherry was the best we tasted in Spain. The tapas was perfect.
Nice place pleasant ambience and good service. Typical Andalusian tapas bar with a large vine and beer selection and many tapas options. More locals than tourists.
Nice tapas, specialities, nice wines and service. Can recommend this lovely little tapas bar and btw all drinks (including water) comes with a little tapas)
The Ladies in the kitchen do some mean Snails!! Great service from the young lad at the front of house! always kind and helpful.
visited several times during our short stay had a meal and tapas the other times food was excellant service friendly and helpful best beer we had in our stay can recommend
Beautilful evening sitting outside an enjoying a very good meal - different thing of tapas. Very good service - difficult to get an table outside Prices ok - if We come to Granada again We will sure visit again
Good tapas, good wine, liked the red from Granada shown in the photo. Staff excellent, calm, know their customers and what they like. Would recommend for a short stop or a longer time with multiple tapas dishes Cannot fault the location
Landed here on a late January Saturday afternoon when it was packed. Lucky to find a small corner with a ledge and people made room for us, tucking their coats in every little possible place to make standing room. The rioja found its way to...us, as did 2 little pots of olla de San Anton, a delicious typical stew served at this time of year. It’s like a cassoulet, with beans and meat, and I think any part of the pig is fair game. Thus, I have no idea what I ate but I think it involves feet and ears. Next tapas was crusty bread with a tomato purée, but only after one bite did I realize it had anchovies, the strong kind. My husband loved having 2 pieces. It was also interesting that this was the only tapas bar visited in 5 days that there were women behind the bar! Same excellent service as all places.More
We stopped by to have some tapas, and loved the atmosphere and the place, cozy and with lots of flavor. Draft beers were good as well as the tapas. Had a very nice time!
...the four star rating is just because of the nice decoration and the relaxed atmosphere. The drinks are good too if you manage to order. On both occasions we were there it seemed that the staff rather distribute washed glasses to various places in the...bar instead of greeting and attending you as a customer. Very rare, you almost feel embarrassed interrupting them when asking for a drink. Peculiar behaviour to say the least.More
We arrived in the city at lunchtime on a Saturday and this restaurant was the first we could find that had spare tables. It soon became apparent why. As we sat down, the waiter approached and we tried to order some drinks. He told us...in no uncertain terms that this wasn't possible and that we should go elsewhere if we just wanted drinks. I asked him if they were doing food and his reply was a curt "yes, of course we do". I told him we wanted food and drinks but that we wanted drinks first. He grunted and took our drinks order. No apology from him for his presumptions ignorance. Had there been other restaurants with free tables nearby we would have left at this point, but unfortunately there weren't. We placed an order for two dishes: a plate of cheese slices and a plate of sliced tomatoes with a sprinkling of tuna. Each dish was listed at a hefty €9.50 each, but hey, these are city prices and we were tired and hungry. The bill arrived and we were actually charged €10.50 for each dish. When I queried this with the same arrogant waiter, he grunted "if you read the small print on the menu, we charge one euro extra per dish for bringing the food out to you". I took our change, left no tip and told them they were ripping people off. Not a good introduction or advert for Granada tourism. Avoid this place.More
My wife and I did a little tapas bar hopping one night and came across Taberna Granados by accident. What an accident. Best darn vermouth de la casa on the planet. And the albondigas? My mouth is watering now just thinking about it. Located on...a lively corner across from the Plaza del Humilladero. Awesome staff. Very friendly. Don't hesitate.More
We have made a point of visiting this bar every day, great atmosphere, friendly staff, we really love it.
