No server has done more in our Europe travels to translate and explain the menu than the lovely Rocio at Sua. The fusion menu eludes the typical phrasebook translations! The food was intriguingly made and named, fusing various approaches (Basque, Spanish, Italian, Japanese) together. Although not inexpensive and you don't get a great amount of food, what you do get is of good quality and imaginatively presented. The wine is reasonably priced and good.
