Stopped at this little bar as intended to lunch at Urola opposite but we arrived at 3 pm and we’re told it’s too late. Good choice as we had 6 pinxtos and 2 glasses of white wine for 21 euros. Next time in San Sebastián...we’ll return here !More

I can only say one thing. WOW!! Pintxos with pulpo and salmon were amazing, and service was excelent.
This was one of my favorite places in San Sebastian. I was traveling with my daughters and mother and they didn't eat seafood so the food selection for them at many of the restaurants was limited. When I explained to the host our small dilemma...the restaurant's head chef came out and asked me what my family normally eats and he was going to make it for them. The best experienced at a restaurant bar I've ever had. Thanks to Chef Jose. The food is delicious and so is the wine many options.More
This is quite a cosy pintxos bar in downtown Donostia, and where we began a bit of 'pintxos bar crawl' one evening. What we had here was good (croquettes, mushroom, octopus, washed down with beer), so we decided that we would return here to finish...the night. Only trouble with that plan was that when we did come back the place was absolutely heaving. You couldn't get in the door. It was probably the busiest of any the bars we saw that night. Disappointed, we had to call it quits.More
We usually have a full meal for lunch and choose pintxos for dinner. Chose their 25€ menu and I had a risotto with delicious cepes mushroom pieces for starters while my husband loved his grilled gambas. My main course was an Iberian pork with oporto...sauce and my husband had hefty lamb chops all accompanied by a bottle of tinto included in the menu. The restaurant was at the lower level, more calm and quiet as street level was crowded with people getting their pintxos, most of them eating standing up. This place, on Fermin Calbeton street, THE eating nucleus of San Sebastian is one restaurant to go to! P.S. Fast and friendly service, staff taking time to explain the dishes.More
We are a family of vegetarians. Finding decent pinxto in San Sebastián is hard, but we found them here at Munto. We dined here twice during our 4 days in San Sebastián. The staff were lovely each visit, with showing us the veggo options and...explaining everything to us. The txakoli (white wine) was cold and lovely. Well priced and the food was so good! I recommend the onion and goats cheese pintxo and also the mushroom croquet! We would definitely recommend this place to other travellers- both vegetarian or not!More
Great staff and selection of pintxos, our neighbourhood Place when visiting San Sebastián. Always crowded, we found the servers friendly and helpful. So many places to choose from and this is one of the good ones
This is a wonderful tapas bar, fresh tapas in a lovely cozy atmosphere.Staff very efficient and well trained especially the young lady who does the gin and tonic. Great manner. We,ll be back.
We stopped here for a G&T and a few pinchos and loved it. Loads of choice, fresh food, great service. A little pricey but I think it’s the same everywhere in this area.
Best pintxos we had during our first trip to San Sebastián. Lovely and fresh, great wine and great value. Next time we’ll definitely check out the restaurant downstairs
Cozy place, full of people coming from the street, nice selection of tapas and pinchos. Nice staff, very pleasant atmosphere.
We were there one evening midweek and took there daily menu. The food really was delicious, plentiful and well cooked. We even enjoyed the pudding which is not always the case in Spain. The service was even better. The waitress was attentive and both friendly...and professional. We will be heading back there without doubt.More
Amazing tapas upstairs and lovely restaurant downstairs, we had a 3 course set meal that was really cheap. Excellent value for money in a lovely air conditioned restaurant. Very good value for money
