Whilst visiting Toledo for our 33rd wedding anniversary, we sought out this typical Spanish restaurant. The food was plentiful and delicious, served by Fernando who was both helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Excellent place!! Food was delicious, great ambiance, the staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended, no doubt!!
My daughter fancied paella, so against my gut feel we ordered a seafood paella for 2, and it was average at best. Rice was overcooked and insipid. My wife and daughter enjoyed it, therefore I will rate as ‘very good’ as the next rating down...would be unfair. Other dishes were Ok. Dessert was very good. Service was excellent. Just don’t order paella, they don’t know how to make it here.More
On the way to Santo Tome, we chanced on a treasure- a little corner place a few steps up a side street. The welcome heartened us abd we entered for a Spanish lunch. Tapas, Sephardic salad, calamari- delicious and not too heavy for the walk...through the narrow, medieval lanes awaiting us.More
I got a meatball dish that came with fries it was delicious. It came in a yummy sauce. The prices were really good too I highly recommend this place!
We found this on our walk through the historic part of Toledo. Nice food i had the meatballs which were in a really tasty sauce my husband had the eggs patatas bravas and jamon which was also very nice. We had crouquettes as a free...tapas. Good food and service would eat here again.More
We were walking around the little streets in Toledo, whilst visiting here, and found this restaurant by chance. We were given a nice welcome. There was only one waiter and it was busy but there wasn't any real waiting for service, food etc. Also he...still kept smiling when he was busy We had the bacalao which was lovely and some very nice patatas bravas. We had bread which was extra , two beers, one wine and an ameretto. I usually drink white rioja or similar and had not had a wine I particularly like whilst staying in Toledo. The waiter brought a bottle over and poured me a small amount first to see if I liked it and I did. Little things like that make a difference to the experience . If we were there longer we would have gone back there. The bill came to 38.20 eurosMore
I was flagging, wandering the parched streets of Toledo in the summer. We wandered across this taverna and ducked inside for a refreshing caña / sidre. Whilst there, the board for the menu del día caught our eye. For €14 we had gazpacho soup to...start, then venison stew / pork with peas in a tomato sauce. All very tasty. This was followed by homemade cheesecake / coffee flan. Both delicious. The waiter was a bit indifferent to start with, but as there was only him and a lot of thirsty customers, we let this slide. Definitely recommend, even if just for the choice of ciders.More
This restaurant was an excellent find. We had a calamares appetizer and shared the paella for 2 with a bottle of wine and the bill was only 22 euros. The paella flavor was delicious, the shrimp was on the small side but I would totally...go there again.More
Good quality food served quickly and with taste and no fuss, with a fairly wide and simple menu and at a very reasonable price
This is a good little Castilian bar/restaurant. With every order of a glass of wine and a beer, we received a free tapa. We also ordered a racione of beef stewed in red wine for 6 euros. It was excellent. If you want a drink...and a light snack or lunch, this is a great place, well located.More
Four of had lunch at Almacen 51 while touring Toledo. Excellent food. Great value. 3 courses and all wine or beer you could drink for 13 Euros. Extremely friendly service. Best Paella on trip.
You will not find a more welcoming and friendly place in all of Toledo. From the man behind the bar to the lady working the floor, they were friendly, warm and inviting. Thank you Almacen 51 for being our favorite place in Toledo - Cheers...🍻More
A great value menu of the day at 12 euros. Visited with my mum and we both had the house salad to start, what came was a full size tuna salad. Enough to fill you up on its own. It was basic but fresh. Next...I opted for a pork style casserole with fries and my mum had the roast chicken with fries. The casserole was very tasty and highly recommend it. Again this is basic food but when you’re paying 12 euros it’s exactly what you should expect. And no complaints from us. On top of those dishes you get wine, beer or water and some bread. Plenty to keep you going as you tramp around Toledo taking in the sites.More
The lunch menu is worth it. Excellent 3 dishes and includes wine or water. The service was excellent and the place is neat with clean toilets. I had deer and it was excellent. I recommend the desserts, they are home made.
