Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We asked for a beer and snacks. Bartender gave us the beer and answered that there are no snacks and went out. No food at all because kitchen is closed. Nobody warned us, no warnings anywhere.

I¨d messaged them in advance to check their opening times and menu, as we would be arriving over Christmas, and they told me, in English, what their opening hours would be. We arrived, cold and hungry, to find just one big pot of beans -...that was it. They´d ditched the entire menu, as it was Christmas. I just wish they´d told me that before, as it would have saved me a trip. I did try to talk to them about the messages we´d exchanged, but they denied all knowledge of them.... but I´ve still got the messages! We didn´t bother going back.More

Cool bar, only had nachos which were lovely and fresh but missing another element like some guacamole or sour cream. Local beers were great, service excellent.

If you want to try local beers, this bar is your place. Besides the interior is cosy and air-conditioned. One can sit outside but there are only a few tables available as the place outside is divided by three or four pubs. Prices are ok....Beers come with tapas.More

The restaurant was good the only complaint I have is they promised bread with the meal in a deal they have presented to customers which wasn't given. Other than that, great restaurant, food and atmosphere. Very hipster-ish but I enjoyed it a lot.More

Had the menu del dia here and it was very good value for just 10 euros; massive tuna salad to start, monkfish and prawn skewers with basmati rice and homemade pesto for mains and I passed on the guiness brownie as I was just too...full. They don´t serve coffee here so I just went to the cafe next door and drank it at my table outside. Staff super friendly and service with a smile. Good food and good music. A good all-rounder!More

With only a few days in Toledo we found this little bar around 5 pm and stayed too long as we enjoyed it so much!. The barman was very friendly, the tapas very tasty and the music was a funky mix which was wonderful -...good mix of styles. As the evening passed it did start to fill up but unfortunately, we had to leave. A great start to the evening - thanks!More

While the castellana soup was not to my personal liking ( kind of a watery vaguely tomatoe consommé with a few bits of meat in) the game was very good and was accompanied by lovely grilled vegetables

Nice place downtown for a tap beer. Staff very nice. Sitting outside as the music has been a bit too loud but there haven't been a lot of guests yet. They serve appetizers which have been good. As they are changing the menu they did...not have the tuna with guacamole and as I don't eat meat I opted for the grilled vegetables - will never understand, why vegetables are as expensive as a meat dish - what has been good. Beer is fresh and tasty.More

The downstairs area - bar and some tables, was buzzy and intimate. Moved the upstairs dining area at 9pm. We both had curries, one chicken and one veg. Tasty and well presented although I would have liked a bit more spice. Overall great value.
