Very nice food for cheap price. Be there when the restaurant open otherwise you will have to wait long for a table. 2 lobsters for 39€.
Situated in the Born district, this "dive" which was very clean and didn't even smell fishy, had a plethora of seafood options laying on ice (some of them still alive). Be prepared to stand i line outside, it's well worth the wait! They'll first ask how many in your party so they can give you appropriate portions, because you'll want... More
there are 3 restaurants in Barcelona . you pick out fresh seafood and they will cook with the way you want , grill fried or steam . etc. it is really popular for local, need to wait in a queue sometimes but it is so good!!!!So fresh seafood with a very cheap price. To try!!!!
Good honest seafood. Not a fancy place but the most fresh seafood i had here in Barcelona. I have never been to this place so I had to get used a bit how it works. Ordering your fresh seafood, get drinks, pay and then they call off your number over a PA. Then you collect your dish. Result: extremely fresh... More
This place is completely crazy, the atmosphere in the restaurant is at a minimum (which (and don't ask me why) in the end contributes to the whole experience. Fresher than fresh is all the seafood, it appears if you wlak into a marketplace where the sell the new catch of the day. You order what you would like, what you... More
We had a great time here and the food was delicious. Make sure to get there early. The line started forming around 7:30 for the restaurant to open at 8:00. Once you're inside you just order seafood by the kg from the freshest selection you have ever seen. The tuna fillet we ordered was cut off the body of a... More
One of my friends recommended this restaurant via Facebook and we decided to try it as we love seafood. There was only a little queueing and we could choose from fish, shells, crabs, prawns and other seafood. The red tuna fish looked really nice and was not expensive. I also chose razor shell which turned out to be above epectations.... More
Was recommended to try this restaurant and read some reviews onit. Food wwas so fresh and simple that we ate there twice (once at the El Born outlet and another at Sagrada outlet) We were at El born outlet for lunch when it jus opened. Only to realise they acxept cash payment only. We only had 30 euros on us... More
We were taken here by some friends who live in Barcelona. You select your fish and seafood from the market style stall and tell them how you want each cooked. We ate several types of seafood that I have never seen or eaten before. Delicious! This is not a smart restaurant, but you can't get fresher fish.
Tried Born location. Arrived 1/2 hr before lunch openning but still waited in long line from across street. Seafood we tried were fresh (razer clams and ready to eat snails). Food were fresh but some staffs were rude. Skip this restaurent if you dont have time or dont want to wait for seating and wait again to pick up your... More
