Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We came across a queue of people waiting for this place to open so we waited too and went in. Simple plates of delicious meats and cava by the bottle or glass is what awaited inside. Affordable and quick service. Great if you’re on a...budget.More

Staff is so unpleasant and food is cheap. Very bad tempered people behind the counter but might just be that they are Spanish.

Fun! Kind of wild, noisy and delicious!. Lots of things to choose from and seemed very authentic. Loved the atmosphere!

Cava’s are cheap and perfect and butifarra was also good. But there is no seat in the place. If u are tried of discovering Barcelona by walking dont go in there. It is so crowded. There is always a line. And if u dont know...spanish, really hard to give some order bcs they speak only Spanish.More

This is a no frills tapas bar specialising in Cava and great rustic tapas, and located in a quiet street close to Port Vell. We visited twice and it was very busy both times but I think that it probably is most days. Inside you...are shown to a place where you can stand to eat and drink. Great Cava and good choice of tapas cooked to order, and very cheap! We loved the Cava, the food and the atmosphere, and were so glad we went!More

Stumbled on this tapas cava bar and the que to get in was a good sign. Don’t be put off it moves fast and once inside you need to adjust to the vibe and frenetic atmosphere. Shown to our standing area/bar and took the plunge...to approach the service bar. Bottle of cava, two glasses and please give me a selection of favourites please. Didn’t disappoint. Cheap as chips! Well worth a visitingMore

Great decor (old at first glance but everything works together), excellent, friendly atmosphere. Very good tapas and sparkling wine. Excellent place to stop and try Spanish cuisine. Low prices.

Have to admit that it was a bit of an intimidating scene at first. The place was packed with food and Cava moving in every direction. My advice would be to step up to the bar, order a bottle and ask for a recommendation on...something to eat - you will not be disappointed. This place is great.More

Probably the best tapas bar in Barcelona personally!!! Amazing decoration and amazing food. I definitely recommend the jamón and the croquettes!!! Such a good wine in very low prices!!! You should go early because later there is a huge line, although because it’s a tapas...bar everyone eats very fast and you probably won’t wait for long !!! If I visit Barcelona again I will visit it again for sure !!!More

Awesome food, but it’s standing room only. Husband and I went with our baby and it was a little tight but we made it work. Would definitely reccomend for a quick authentic lunch and don’t forget the cava!

What a place, vibrant and busy little tapas bar with the best and cheapest bottle of Cava in Barcelona. Just tell them you want a little of everything and I promise you won't leave hungry. You might hesitate at first because it's small and crowded...but do enter. It's not a place to sit down and enjoy a meal. You stand where there is room and you eat, drink and socialising.More

Fun place for street food for when you are on the go. No seating, just stand either at the bar or standing tables. Sausage sandwiches and Cava! What a combination. Other tapas are available also. Fascinating place. Recommend.
