There are lots of restaurants in Girona, far better than this one. Nothing awful but nothing special and not worth the money. Give your Euros to somewhere where they prepare fresh authentic food. more
The restaurant is nice inside, inexpensive and in a good location--on a major plaza but it is the worse food I have eaten that only on our trip to Spain but among the worse I have ever eaten.
