We went to Ca Sento recently so happy to share my experiences. The chef is seemingly yet another pupil of Ferran Adria, but unlike several other disciples doesn't focus too much on foam!! We usually like restaurants which combine traditional cuisine with some modern techniques for that kind of restaurants. We went there in March.
