We ordered four different piadine from a menu with plenty of variety. The classic piadina (prosciutto, rucola, e stracchino) was my favorite. (Stracchino is a wonderfully creamy cheese that melts in the heat of the piadina flat bread.) Mortadella with stracchino was my wife's preference,...although next time she'll add rucola. The pomodoro e mozzarella had a touch of olio e origano. And the funghi e parmigiano was the last one finished. The husband and wife who served us were thoroughly welcoming and extremely helpful. Our experience was unanimous: we're coming here for lunch again.More
