We took the bus up to Fiesole for a day trip from Florence just intending on catching the view. Luckily we decided to have lunch here mainly because of the view. Our meal was one of the most memorable we've had in Italy. The pasta dishes were superb and different than the stadard menus in most restaurants we ate at.... More

A nice restaurant with some good food it didn't knock my socks off but it was good and in a very good location. The next time my wife and I will do a picnic at the public park across the street that had the same great views. It's worth visiting if you are on a limited time schedule and are... More

We enjoyed a lovely dinner on the outside terrace with nice views of Florence. Wait staff was helpful in making suggestions on the food and wine and everything we ordered was very good. We were staying at Hotel Villa Fiesole and this is within walking distance which is nice. Great value and a romantic spot for sure. Don't miss it. More

We wholeheartedly agree with the rave reviews in TripAdvisor. The food and wine choices were superior. We can't imagine going wrong with any of the choices on their Tuscan menu. We thought the fillet of beef sauteed in grapes, with a wine and balsamic reduction, was outstanding! The service was helpful and attentive without "hovering". Our table was al fresco... More

This Restaurant is located on a pedistrian only street with an amazing view of Florence at the top of the hill. Restaurant is very intimate. Great food. Ordered the Bisteca Florentine. The only thing I will warn people about italy is they like their meat very rare. The potatoes were so good...melt in your mouth. One Suggestion for them-turn some... More

My fillet of beef was the best I've ever had. I hate to say, but better than irish fillet in Manor Hamilton, leitrim, RI. My wife's salt cod was sublime. Thanks to our charming and attentive waiter, Lucca. We will return! More

Very nice restaurant. It is a bit of a hike up the hill, but it's well worth it. We visited this place twice and were more than satisfied with the food each time. Staff are very helpful and informative. Superb selection of wines and dessert wines on a fabulous menu. Spectacular v iew of Fiesole and Firenze. Book terrace in... More

This was our first stop during our Tuscany vacation. The food was delicious to say the least, the location one of a kind, and the service was very friendly. Thumbs up to this restaurant. More

We had a lovely dinner. The food is good and the terrace extremely pleasant. While we would not claim this is the best Italian meal ever, it would really qualify as tasty. We did not try the desserts. Antipasti and pasta only. The only caveat is that it is quite a hike to get there so you cannot take elderly... More

Beautiful situation - to eat overlooking Florence, Fiesole and the hills around them is wonderful. Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back when next in Tuscany. Highly recommended. More
