This is an upmarket training restaurant, but it aims for a very high standard and everybody is clearly trying their hardest to please. The rooms are extremely pleasant. The only part of our meal that could be faulted at all was a completely flavour-free fricassee of Autumn roots that came with the slow-roast veal. more
This is one of my favourite restaurants, so nice and so cheap. Perfect service, excellent food. The only problem is that it is only open for lunch. more
The restaurant is part of a hotel school, where its students learn the arts of cooking and serving. This has the disadvantage that the restaurant is only open for lunch and is closed during long holidays. But apart from that, it offers an excellent and refined atmosphere, impeccable service, and excellent food - a combination of fusion food and nouvelle... more
