great restaurant of Lisbon. Perfectly located next to water. Modern interior with two seperate restaurant:gourmet and local. I have chosen the local side which has great sea food prepred and coocekd in local style. Very elegant group of cuntomers, excellent service, reasonably priced. more

Modern restaurant, good but not outstanding cooking portuguese and international. Nice décor and ambience. Service is not very friendly but is correct. Serves lunch and dinner with some tables outside by the river. more

Its been a year or so since I was last here and have eaten at Bica do Sapato many times over the past 10 years. I love its energy. In summer ask for a table on the terrace by the water outside. The oysters were fantastic. Crisp local white wine. Great. This is however an "international" feeling experience, not local.... more

Very poorly prepared food (small portions....fortunately) coupled with poor service. All this and high prices. It is a place "to be seen", I prefer restaurants for dining. This place was a disaster in all respects. Visited Sept. '08 more

Had read a lot about this restaurant and was really looking forward to it.
