It was the only time in three weeks that we ate steak, and in hindsight, we probably should have had something else for our main dish. great little restaurant in the Calcada du Duque in Lisbon. Varied menu with very good food and drink. It is small so you need a reservation to get a table . The steaks and fish are delicious and its worth a visit.... more
We had dinner at Buenos Aires 10 days ago, and the food was quite tasty. Portuguese restaurants are small and the tables are close together, but Buenos Aires seems worse than most in this regard. Also, the wait staff seemed rushed in their efforts to keep up with the patronage, diminishing the enjoyment of the experience. more
Be sure to get reservations for your little table. Can't find your way in? RING the doorbell. Try the BEST warm Roquefort/Pear Salad with Endive lettuce. Steaks are great (Argentinian beef flown in), but, large. Would go back in a minute. more

best tiramisu, can´t find better in an y italian restaurant. nice apple crumble, a bit too sweet though. best sandwiches. they are called tartines here. more
Argentinian with good steaks (dah!) and great environment. Perfect to start a night out. more
