Went there as a family of five. Choice of food is limited but has to offer something for everyone. Food was good throughout, only point of criticism: it could really be a little bit more.
The concierge at Radisson Blu recommended Bistro Bestick (as they say, ask the locals where to dine). Bistro Bestick was wonderful choice. We had no reservation, but the staff happily offered a table. This unpretentious bistro is relatively small, but it is inviting and cozy. The bistro uses local ingredients which results in excellent food. The butter-fried scallops with truffle... More
Probably the best place to eat at in Stockholm. The food is amazingly good, the price is in the range of whst you'd pay for McDonald, and the environment is great with very friendly staff. The menu doesn't include many items but after we had the meat we wanted to order another dish. That's how good it was.
Had no idea where to go, just arrived to Stockholm, children can be difficult but they made me something for the kids, food came , wow great. Service great, amazing flavours of food
Wonderful dinner on our last night in Sweden. My perch with chanterelle sauce was perfectly cooked and presented. My partner really liked his steak with crawfish tails and nettle butter. The atmosphere was sophisticated and mod, and the service was good. The big chalkboard menu brought to the table was unusual! Prices for this level of dining seemed as you'd... More
My friend and I were in Stockholm to catch the cruise of the Baltic Sea on Royal Caribbean's Vision of the Seas. We were staying at the Central Hotel which I have also reviewed. That afternoon we went walking around Stockholm doing the typical touristy stuff. Early in our walk we went past Bistro Bestick and read the menu on... More
Very tasty local food.. not enormous portions but very well done.. meatballs and veal are a goid choice. We'll repeat next time in Stockholm for sure
Having read reviews before booking, I was pleased that I had booked a table for 19:00 as the restaurant filled up soon after by both reservations and casual diners. Menu choices reasonable at reasonable prices, although as usual alcohol expensive. The Swedish meatballs were vg. A nice touch is the bottle of water and paper bag with a selection of... More
Ate here after a long day of travel from the US. Hotel concierge sent us. Dinner was composed of fresh, traditional dishes, nicely presented. The Veal and Swedish Meatballs were very good. Menu presented on large chalk board, in a small cozy dinning area and it has local wines at decent prices. It is not an inexpensive restaurant, but it... More
After a long day travelling, we wanted to eat somewhere local, and the hotel receptionist recommended this bistro. We did not have a reservation, but were shown to an empty table in the small restaurant. We were immediately brought a bottle of water and a paper bag containing a selection of breads. Rather than a traditional menu, a large chalk... More
