A great deal of thought goes into the menu, which changes with the season but always has Swedish ingredients and special dishes. Fish is outstanding. I can't say anything bad about the restaurant. We were promptly seated, the service was good and the food was good. But that is all, it was good. Not great. Especially considering the price. A realy good restaurant with has one star of tre in Guide Michelin wich is a highly ranked restaurant and hotel guide in Europe. Fond is in top 10 of Swedens most exclusive restaurants. Serving the specialties from swedens west coast. Enjoy! more
