In a week staying on business in Sliema I must have gone back to Ganni's at least five times. Really Nice Restaurant, Good Atmosphere There Are Several Dishes To Choose. All Of Them Are Really Good: Antipasti,Pasta, Pizza But Not Only That. We ate here in July 2009 and were disappointed. The bruschetta starter was tiny and definitely made with a tomato paste from a jar. It did also taste if it had been re-heated from frozed. The pizza lacked toppings and taste and salad was mostly lettuce than anything else. There are better places to eat than Ganni's in Malta. more

Good food at reasonable prices. Lovely to sit outside facing the sea, having a meal or a drink. Very relaxing. John the owner and chef , is a really nice guy, who shows an interest in his customers. We went there twice during our stay in Sliema in late June 2009. more

May be not the "finest" but simply the best restaurant/bistro we ever visited! John is a "cook by heart" and we enjoyed every meal there. Pizza, Pasta or the stuffed calamaris. I would thoroughly recommend Ganni's Bistro, 139 Tower Road in Sleima. We walked in for a drink during the day and liked the decoration so much that we made a reservation for that evening.
