Apparently this was Emperor Franz Josef's favourite place to eat beef, and it's not hard to see why. We had a delicious meal here in late August, the salad bar was terrific and the boiled beef served in a soup style was delicios. I left my credit card at the restaurant and called an hour later and the waiter had given it to the general manager. Great food, honest waiters!!!!! more

We had a very good meal here, but it is quite large, very busy and quite noisy. We felt more like numbers than individuals. Having said that, we would go back, but we would try to get a table closer to the footpath. more
