Lovely food, nicely cooked, from good ingredients. Happy, friendly place, tucked away just off the main shopping area (don' t be put off by the out the way location). If you are in Eastbourne for any time at all, you should give it a try, if you like chinese. more
I have eaten at the Hoi Sum many times over the years, and it has always been of a very high standard. The food is delicious and the service friendly and efficient. The lunch time specials are very good value, but still of high quality. When you compare this with some of the fast food, Chinese school dinner type establishments... more
