we went for dinner on a Saturday evening. A welcoming atmosphere boded well and we were not disappointed. We each had a different risotto for starters, perfectly cooked and wonderfully flavoursome. The steak and fishcakes maintained the standard. My dessert was delicious and the wine was great! More

A great little beer garden, although small. Provides good quality pub food - but it is pub food and nothing more. Good place to stop for lunch on a summers day, or to enjoy a drink in an evening in that set back beer garden. More

We ate in the Inn in February for a family birthday. Situated in a quiet village near Banbury, the Inn is welcoming and atmosphere homely. The service is excellent, and the Sunday lunch awesome! Very good value, excellent gastro pub/restaurant, well worth a return visit. More

We dropped in with 4 adults & 3 kids. Table was great size, kids provided with stuff to entertain them at the table - as well as freedom to roam around the whole place just larking about. Our server (Dutch maybe Belgian guy) really looked after the kids, made them feel really welcome, whilst remaining fully attentive to us adults.... More

Excellent ordering and delivery of main - which was great. Then 40 minute wait or pudding. Coffee delivered early and two each drank but still no crumble. Asked manager who offered to cancel suspect it had been forgotten disappointing after such a good start. More

We visited for Sunday lunch on a very cold, bright day. The warmth from the fire was welcoming as we walked in. Tables were well spaced and easily accessed. Staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent! I can recommend the pheasant and everyone else enjoyed their choices from the... More
