Ate there last night. Didn't plan, arrived without reviewing (had spent previous month in Europe eating everything and anything - so critical antenna up), very nicely surprised. Great crab souffle and salmon main. Rabbit cassoulet reported to be v. good by partner. Dessert wonderful. Wine list extensive. Atmosphere perfect. Looking forward to visiting again. more

Fabulous French food served in a unique surrounding. Sitting at the bar with the other 20 or so diners we were made to feel like part of the family as soon as we entered Anise. I have loved every Anise experience! The quaint atmosphere is so European! This is one of the only unique restaurants in Brisbane that delivers on all accounts. Terrific food! Terrific wine and cocktails! Terrific and unique atmosphere. I love sitting at the bar and having a meal with great friends. Its all dressed up and relaxed just like in Europe.... more
