We went on Tuesday morning, the place was so busy so we decided to try. However, some of the yum cha smell like washing detergent, so we informed the manager. And he wasn't even apologize then took the food away. Then we left and they not even took those mistake off the bills.
Even though we think the best Yum Cha is to be had in Sydney, this restaurant really shapes up well for Melbourne. I always go for the dumplings where ever I am in the world when I am looking for Yum Cha. I really enjoy seafood dumplings, and this restaurant seems to specialise in seafood. My first yum cha visit was at Crystal Jade. I visited mid week and found it easy to nab a table. We were not waiting for long. There was quite a variety of food we had access to which were fresh and hot. Staff were very attentive to our needs and overall the bill was very reasonable for what we... More
I have done a lot of yum cha meals all over Melbourne and the Asia region and this place is up there with the best. the food was amazing and fresh every dish was hot when served and the staff could not do any more for us. It was an absolute pleasure to dine there.
Husband and I enjoyed Yum Cha on a cosy Saturday afternoon,. the place was packed. No sooner were we sitting down when the offerings were upon us. The food was fresh and tasty... no complaints...Will definitely return.

The menu was a little scary at first but we plunged in and ordered Peking duck rolls followed by chilli king prawns and also scallops with seasonal vegetables. The food was exquisite, beautifully cooked, clean... More
