Took my partner here for the 7 course degustation in December '09. The dego here is personalised, and they say no 2 dego's are the same. Excellent food and matching wine and a gorgeous location overlooking the Swan River ... definitely gives Jacksons and Star Anise a shake and well worth trying! A hidden gem of dego :) more
Another nice restaurant with great views over the Swan. Entree of Wagyu beef tartare and dessert of chocolate fondant with blood orange sorbet were highlights, though the meal was let down by an okay gnocchi with Manjimup truffles... Would have scored higher if my main was up to the same standards... more
Delicious food, attentive service with wait-staff who know their menu/wines and appear to enjoy their job. great view over the Swan River. Have recommended Halo to friends and family. :-) more

Entree/starters are really good...I'm not a big fan of veges but Halo's starters even with veges are quite delicious.. more
This is a restaurant in a beautiful setting where you dine overlooking the Swan River as the sun sets. The food is of as high a standard as you will get anywhere and the service, both when you arrive and at the table, is of the highest possible standard. This restaurant is a must in Perth. more
