Prices have increased but quality and portion sizes have decreased! Since Gotch left the quality is very average. Overall the price has increased by 20% to 25% over the past two years. The salmon sushi rolls in particular are stringy and tough.

Walked in off the street and was immediately greeted and shown two seats at the train. The large crowd suggests this site's popularity, and we were not disappointed as the food was fresh and plentiful. Cost effective and highly recommended.More

I love Sushi, particularly Nigiri and Sashimi. Lots of choices, and if you don’t find it on the belt just ask the Sushi Master and they will make it so. Yum!
I like the topiko sushi, torched salmon sushi, but white fish sashimi and vegetsrian udon were pricey @ $8.50 eachMore
Thank you so much for dining at Jaws Hay St Mall. We're using a good quality sashimi fish as the fine dine Japanese restaurants are using. Some Japanese fine dine restaurants are serving the same fish for more than double of prices. We try to...More
Takeaway sushi is what I would expect, but the staff do not show the amount before we pay. Isn’t this illegal? Despite many requests from customers for staff to display the amount on the screen to customers they still do not do this!
That guy (Jaws_Conisoure) must be the owner of Sushi hub on William st. So easy to do a hit and run aye! Maybe you should focus on ur food not trashing your competitors.More
Hi, we're happy SUSHI has become a very popular food in Australia , so many operators are selling sushi now, but Jaws is not the owner of Sushi hub. They are one of our competitors from Eastern States. We are only based in Western Australia...More
The place was great until the owner left. Go around the corner to sushi hub in William St. Gotch the chef is fine but management is cutting corners.
We have been going to enjoy sushi here for years and have always always always had the best experiences. Most delicious and freshest sushi we have tasted ever and the customer service is always great. We enjoy the dishes of teriyaki chicken, salt and pepper...squid, fried chicken and of course all the different varieties of sushi they have. We love it and would thoroughly reccommend. We always get a lovely warm welcome everytime we go and enjoy our time here.More
We were looking for a quick lunch the other day whilst in the city and Jaws was the pick. Overall the experience was great, all the staff greeted and farewelled everyone who came through the door which was lovely. There wasn’t a huge variety compared...to other places I have been but there was still enough, and everything was very good quality. The green tea mochi was the best I’ve ever had.More
The sushi was average, the plates were overpriced and the selection was boring.....It might just be me, I think I’m done with sushi.
I visited this sushi 'train' with a 5 yr old. There was alight wait for a set of three seats but managed quickly and very well by vigilant staff. This was my first time for sushi and not as frightening in terms of pricing as...I had anticipated. The plates were easily identifiable as being costly or not, the selection was wide and cater both for a youngster who favoured non spicy food and the more adventurous.More
Is it 25 years or so now? This was the extraordinary first sushi train in Perth, and rather than being overtaken by newcomers, it has always stayed at the head of the pack. Updating and introducing new quality, fresh sushi. Great service. Fun, busy atmosphere...and very busy at lunchtimes.More
Always love going here, Sushi so fresh and delicious, also has great take away if you can't get a seat.. Gets very busy at lunchtime.
Been going here for decades and it has never let me down, with great friendly service and yummy food, I always enjoy my in-and-out fast visit.
Quick and easy sushi train style meals. You can order other things off the menu, all of it was nice, but don't expect spectacular. The service was very good. They don't serve alcohol which was a shame as I was hanging out for a wine.
