We ordered clam chowder, duck leg, lamb, and dessert (something like apple/pear staffed in filo). Everything was perfectly done. I've been to many countries and had dined at many restaurants. Fat Duck impressed me with it's bold taste and nice presentation. That dessert was a very very pleasant surprise. more

Our original plan was to have dinner at the Redcliff (which was highly recommended by many travellers here) but was scared off by their decor (or the lack of it). So we turned our attention to the Fat Duck which was just walking distance away. It was around 8pm and the place was packed with customers. We tried to wait... more

Had dinner with our family recently, really good food, friendly service, nice looking restaurant. Not quite as top notch food as redcliffe cafe but better service and a bit cheaper. Will definately eat here again. more

Friendly staff, great gourmet food and views of the mountains, we went in the Summer, but looks appealing for Winter too as it has a large open fire. more
