As someone reasonably familiar with Thames, I'm quite surprised I'd never come across Rocco prior to my visit 2 weeks ago. Perhaps it's due to the fact that the restaurant is located on Sealey Street, a quiet side road off Thames's main shopping street, and set back from the road behind a fence.
