You know the Corona TV ads in the States that make you want to run off to paradise. That is the best way to describe The Beach Restaurant. There is no way to do it justice in this review other than to say if you are in the area (and I mean if you are on the island of DR)... more

If you are on the north shore of the DR (Las Terrenas, etc) and looking for that very special restaurant for that very special relationship...this romantic hideaway situated on a postcard beach is a MUST! Food is imaginative, fresh, authentic and served with white glove service by a staff that is so quietly and unobtrusively polished...think an informal James Bond... more

We go here regularly. The food is outstanding, specifically the seafood dishes. Wonderful atmosphere in the plantation style house set in a tropical garden, right on a beautiful, deserted beach with turquoise waters and waving palms.
