Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The food was brilliant, there was a lovely atmosphere and service. The pianist was also a lovely touch. Would recommend!

We used this Hilton property for our stay in Prague and had an excellent experience right from our first interaction with the team. Since I am a Diamond Honors member (the highest category of loyalty membership in Hilton), I knew how I would be received...based on my global experience. However, the team at Zinc, weren’t probably aware of my diamond status on Day 1 of our stay and when I requested for a special breakfast menu for myself (being vegan), they most willingly accommodated the same. Each and every member of the team was aware of my preferences the next day onwards and this just made me feel so special. Kudos to Hilton for yet another excellent experience!More

A friend of mine and me had lunch here and arrived without appointment. I am vegan and right from the get go the entire team made me feel welcome. They had a couple of vegan dishes on the menu and I ordered a grilled vegetable...dish from the menu. This was so good that I had one more portion. Since it is a bar and lounge the portion size wasn’t enough for me. My experience was made exceptional when our server, Michael went above and beyond his call of duty to organise grilled tofu for me. This, when the hotel has no tofu and he had to organise it from scratch. Definitely lived up to my high expectations from the Hilton hotel family. I would definitely recommend this place not just for vegans but also everyone.More

We went to Zinc for a late luncheon. Right from the get go, we were treated with a high degree of warmth. Our server, Michael went above his call of duty to take care of my vegan friend. He organized grilled tofu even though it...wasn’t on the menu and not readily available in the hotel pantry. He is your guy! We will definitely recommend Zinc for the fantastic team they are blessed with as well as an excellent menu. All the very best, Team Zinc.More

We went for dinner here. Good food and attentive service but there was very little atmosphere. This is effectively a restaurant within the Hilton hotel not an independent eatery. From reading other reviews it seems very good for brunch. Dinner was ok but we had...better on our trip. Maybe a bad choice by usMore

Great Sunday brunch Enjoy a great Sunday brunch in a pleasant setting. On arrival you are greeted with a glass of Prosecco. This is followed by a huge selection of cold and hot dishes. Oysters, lobster, shrimp, smoked salmon, juicy steak, lamb and other dozens...of delicacies to choose from. Interestingly, the price includes unlimited consumption of drinks, wines, beer, soft drinks. Everything is accompanied by pleasant helpful staff. A really beautiful experience ...More

Had the pizza and it was cooked to order and good. Staff very attentive and atmosphere is nice. There are not too many vegetarian options but they will do what they can to accommodate.

Although the menu may seem limited, the quality of what was prepared was excellent. The service was great. Affordable, not crazy hotel prices. Had the beef stew, was like a short rib braised pot roast rich tasting dish. I recommend

We popped in for a quick drink and came back the next day for a longer stay, drinking cocktails, playing cards and getting through a huge bowl of fries! +: -Warm welcome, staff have a 'not a problem' attitude -Great range of cocktails, with both...classics and some we've never seen before and enjoyed tasting -Lovely tables, very spacious and tables big enough for a good game of cards -: -The level of English was a little lower than expected, with our order of chips going unnoticed and when we enquired, they rushed over some crisps! -Classic cocktails were fairly expensive -The bar was popular with very loud, brash and unapologetic American groups, which changed the atmosphere completely when you could hear them over your own thoughtsMore

Typical American hotel restaurant. Food was well prepared and tasty if uninteresting. Had a standard American kids menu which is why it worked for our family but with so many great local restaurants i can’t really understand eating here unless you’re a hotel guest or...your kids must have mozzarella sticks. Lovely service team, though.More

Our dinner of traditional root vegetable soup and Dover filet with citrus couscous for my husband and artichoke ravioli for myself was wonderfully rich and flavorful and we enjoyed it all immensely. I was happy to be able to have a non-alcohol pina colada. We...were attentively served by Luan, our waiter, who is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and also the city, as we asked him some questions about the area. We look forward to eating here again before we have to leave Prague, and will request Luan to be our server!More

We ate at Zinc in the Hilton on our first night staying in the hotel. We arrived around 9pm & by the time we got downstairs, the actual restaurant had closed but we were able to get food from the bar. As a vegetarian the...selection wasn't great - either eggplant dip & some bread or vegetable panini. I opted for the vegetable panini. It was nice enough, but i wouldn't choose to eat it again. The service was excellent though & it was very reasonably priced.More
