We visited this restaurant on Valentine's Day and it was fully booked- people were being turned away after we had been seated. For starter I had the tomato soup with dumplings which was lovely, for the main I was slightly disappointed with mine, as there was far too much pesto and not enough of anything else. However, my partner's main... More

We had a mixed experienced at La Campana. The starter consisted of a toasted slice of baguette topped with dry spinach and some cheese gratings and pine nuts on the plate. The spinach should have been in cream to give some moisture, it wasn't. The main course consisted of a superb quality fillet steak with potato rosti and rocket and... More

We had a three course meal. Including two fillet steaks. Which were beautifully cooked, a couple of bottles of wine and the bill came to roughly 15 pounds each. Unbelieveable value when you consider we are having a superb meal in a top restaurant in a vibrant European city. Highly recommended. Situated on the most famous street in Krakow according... More

Lamb chops with tagliatelle was fantastic. It was cooked to perfection and we had side orders of spinach with cream and garlic and fried potaotes with rosemary. We went back on our last night to have the same but as it was New Years Day they had run out of some things. We had steak which was cooked perfectly and... More

When we visited this restaurant on a Monday evening we were the only customers which meant we got excellent service! The waitress was very friendly and had excellent English. Food was very good, but as the plates were cold the food was also on the cold side. Have to say that this happened in other restaurants also. By the time... More

Chanced upon this hotel in a back street but noticed its Michelin listing so booked a table. Just as well we did as it was very full ! Food quality and presentation were outstanding as was the service. A little gem in a quaint basement dating from 1504 AD. More

La Campana is a sister restaurant of Marmolada so it was unsurprisingly good. Very quick service and the pasta dishes we both ordered were really lovely. We had a main each couple of drinks and a side of rosemary wedges which were great and it all came to just more than a £10!!! Oh and we had two lots of... More

We went to this restaurant after reading tripadvisor reviews and were not disappointed. It was off the main street and looked a bit dodgy/scary in the dark. But it was one of the many quirks of Krakow. Fantastic italian setting inside. Attentive staff. Lovely italian food. Specials menu. We were a party of 2 and had 3 courses, a bottle... More
