Awesome flavor, are tiny, if you ask about any of the sauces used they will give you the recipe, but it is formulated to make 5 gal. at a time. A great find in Disneyland. Avoid Tomorrowland (stale burgers) and get some veggie and meat skewers from here! I liked the chicken and sweet beef skewers. I really wanted to try the bacon wrapped asparagus....but my husband wasn't into it. You really won't find better prices inside the park than this. more

I had a chicken on a skewer and it was the best food I had in the park! I am glad I stopped and would go there again anytime! more

The fire-roasted vegetable skewer is absolutely succulent. I remember when the only vegetables at Disneyland were french-fried potatoes, but the Bengal Barbeque's roasted veggie skewer -- huge chunks of zucchini and yellow squash and an entire small potato, garnished with red onion and mushroom -- is a real treat.
