They have a very diverse menu, including many seafood dishes, which is a little surprising for a Mexican restaurant. Everything we ordered was good. The chips and salsa are excellent. I just returned from Aspen and was pleasantly surprised by La Palapa. It is owned by the owners of Zane's (bar) and I wasn't sure how good it would be, it is a new restaurant. There are about 4 other Mexican eateries in Aspen, CO, but this one is in a higher category based on our experience. The chef is Mexican and really knows what he is doing.
