Reading previous reviews left us wondering if we should try this place out. We are glad we did. The food was simple, good and quickly served. The views are wonderful and it was fun to dine and watch people fishing. Be prepared for rickety, old wooden steps and floors with basic furnishings -- this is definitely NOT a fancy place... more

In our opinion..... Plus side: Great view, Old Florida ambiance, romantic at sunset! Somebody said that their eggs were ok for breakfast. On the minus side: The food-"Grouper" (maybe Grouper, maybe Mullet??) coated in heavy greasey batter, slow service. pricey for what you get. ...it's another place we encourage tourists to go to. more

Great place for lunch and a little fishing. We went for lunch 2 days on our vacation , we had really fast service and huge portion size, but above all of that the food was great. We had lunch here on Labor Day weekend. As we walked up, we saw a fisherman land one of the biggest fish we've ever seen someone catch. No wait for a seat upstairs, and we could watch the fishermen below us as we waited. I had a blt, my son had a hot dog, and my husband had a burger.... more
