Looking for a place to eat on Sunday night, we found Verandas Bistro. At about 8:30, they seemed a bit overwhelmed, like they were short a server (or two?). But the food was good, but somewhat pricy for the serving size. Nothing spectacular. more

Going to Verandas is always on the list when visitors come to town--the tuna appetizer is always perfect, their vegetables and produce are always well prepared and top quality and they know which wines to recommend with our entrees--sometimes I even have to take an extra bottle home with me. Sitting atop an unassuming two-story building is a restaurant in the sky. Verandas Bistro went above and beyond my expectations while dinning there.
