Avenue Sea is the restaurant in the Gibson Inn. My wife and I had a really excellent dinner recently. The 6 course tasting menu was as good or better than many we have had at Michelin starred restaurants in France, and the wine pairings were perfect. $75 per person for food and wine combined was more than worth it. more

Avenue Sea in Apalachicola is a wonderful restaurant: great food, impeccable service and delightful atmosphere. I usually gravitate more towards very casual seafood restaurants while on vacation (i.e., I can go in my shorts and sandals, still reeking of sunscreen) but I put on the business casual for Avenue Sea and was rewarded with a great experience.
