Mostly outdoor seating, many with beach seats. Oyster shuckers on site, so you know the food is fresh. Wait staff prompt and informative. Unbelievable oyster selection, probably 50 options. We visit Apalachicola once a year. Boss Oyster is simply the best. I could eat there 24/7/365. I just wished they shipped their fish dip. more

We vacation in Appilatchicola or the surrounding area every May and can not wait to get to Boss Oyster once we arrive. Normally eat here SEVERAL times during our stay! The food and the view is just great! So relaxing and quiet! Love their desserts, too:) more

But the best Oysters ever. Apalach Oysters are the Best and Boss knows how to treat them. Oyster Stew was creamy, rich and loaded with Oysters.
