I went on a Sunday morning, there was a line, but it went very fast. The service was friendly and quick. I had the venetian benedict and it was wonderful, as were the pancakes. I went on the recommendations of folks here at trip advisor and once again they were right on! more
Every few months I just want to go to Walker Bros. for breakfast. Good coffee, great fresh juices, superb pancakes, bacon crisp to order, and attentive service. more
This is the best place for breakfast in the Chicago area. There are several locations but this one is fitted out in wood and stained glass it looks good and the service and food are second to none. My own personal favourite the 49er flapjacks (feeling hungry just writing this!!) You will not be disapointed but expect a long line... more
Amazing food! I had the Venetian Benedict and it was awesome. The best hollandaise sauce I've had. We also loved the bacon pancakes! And it seems like a silly thing to mention, but the fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice was soooo good! Service was so-so, but I can't say enough good things about the food. Will definitely return on our next trip... more
