Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It is a typical Italian restaurant with typical italian menu. The place was very clean and the service was great. They served generous and warm plates. Suprisingly, their pizza was our least favorite dish. The seafood pizza had canned shrimp on it still it was...not bad. The Veal was excellent. We were tired of morrocan food and this restaurant delivered the goods.More

A party of 5 left our riad in 2 taxis planning to go to another pizzeria. Our hotel had given the taxi drivers the correct address, on a prominent road in Fes, and we also had the address written down. Despite that both drivers independently...took us to Chez Vittorio which was nowhere near where we were supposed to be. If it hadn't been for the quick witted waiter at Chez Vittorio we would have continued searching for the correct address. Anyway, we all ended up having an enjoyable evening, thanks to Chez Vittorio. Not the world's,best Italian but certainly worth a visit. Moral of the story is not to trust Fes drivers.More

If you would like to taste some good italian food in an intimate environment, I advise to try this italian restaurant. The Milanese scallop was great and the pizzas were good. Everything we tasted was fresh and the staff is efficient.

I ate at this restaurant due to recommendation by friend. I ordered the '' Filet au poivron" was nice but very very spicy , the salade was ok so nothing special and the prices of the beverage still expensive. The atmosphere could be better cause...it was very dark and the music was very hight in repetitionMore

Of a party of 5 - 4 of us are now very unwell after last nights supper. Generous portions of average price. We had steaks and pizzas for main and salami for starters. Poor atmosphere and terrible lighting. Not terribly cheap either. Would never visit...this place again.More

We looked in the lonely planet book which recommended this restaurant, so we tried it. First of all, it's so dark in there you could hardly see your food! (Night time) Secondly, we were placed in a part of the room which the air conditioning...didn't reach so we were roasting the whole evening!! I myself had a pizza, and it was too salty and very rich, not very good for a pizza. Then the next day, we all became sick! Very poor quality food, which you wouldn't expect. Would never recommend to a friend or anyone.More

We didn't had a full lunch but it was a nice place, we where only waiting for the bus to leave so we didn't had time, but the food we asked was good and the prices competitive. The personnel was friendly and helpful.

I have spent a lot of time the last few years in Fez and my partner and I fancied going somewhere different. I went on lonely planet and we saw there was an italian and it had some okay reviews. We gave it ago and...I am so glad we did! I was so surprised, normally even if the restaurant looks really authentic in fes the food is never amazing but we really enjoyed it! My partner had a pizza which was yummy. They do halal meat and also real pork so much sure you verify what you want! I had the steak in peppercorn sauce, you got a large cut and it was so succulent I was so surprised! When I return we will definitely be paying this place another visit. Can enjoy a bottle of wine/beer too.More

Was tired of tagines after a week in Morocco so hopped a cab from our hotel to this restaurant. Pretty good Italian food with some local twists (lots of olives for example).

I would recommend this restaurant for it's excellent meat dishes and because... you can have a wine with your lunch or dinner! Their pastas are not really Italian. :) They are kind of very boiled. Also, the prices are a bit high, but still I...would recommend it as an interesting place. Their service is very generous.More

We wanted to eat something different than the Moroccan food after a whole week of tajines and great Maroccan salades: this is the place to get a pizza. We stayed close at the Medina, but a taxi to the Ville Novelle, costs 2-3 euro. The...restaurant was a little hard to find, but some asking around did the trick, GPS the Maroccan way. They serve alcohol!More

We stopped in here for dinner when we were walking in the Ville Nouvelle. Pizzas were expensive, 75 dirhams or so each, and certainly not that tasty. Food and service wasn't bad, but we've had a lot better for less cost.

A local hangout with a bunch of old guys in vests serving standard pizza and pasta. What more can you ask for. Food was unexceptional, but great atmosphere.
