We had a delicious lunch during our time in the Medina. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was vibrant, próbábly ás it was full of tourist groups. It was an enjoyable night

I was travelling in a tour group and had lunch at the this restaurant. It does is beautifully decorated. We had a platter of moroccan salads for starters. I chose lamb tagine with prunes and almonds for my main and fruits for dessert. It was...delicious and filling. The terrace is also a great place to have a meal. Unfortunately when i was there, it was raining. The rain stopped when i had completed my meal and i managed to catch some sun the views of Fes.More
We had a lot of tangines, but we had the best here. They were extremely tasteful. We sat perfectly on the rooftop with a great view of Fes. The whole restaurant is atmospheric. The service was friendly. Our guide brought us here, so it was...touristy but worth it. You have to order a set menu, which was extremely tasteful (also the fantastic vegetables).More
Highly recommended by guides for couscous but not so good. Yes the servings were beautiful and the place was clean and service was good bit couscous was topped with smelly cabbage instead of grilled onions and the chicken tasted foul. I sure hope people didn’t...get sick from eating the chicken, I nearly ate any because I was disturbed by the stench of the meat. Then decided not to use the sauce on the couscous in fear that it too was rancid so it was dry. The side of lentils were good as were the potatoes and melon.Woul not recommend for couscous despite the local hype.More
It’s a typical tourist trap, we went with our guide. It is expensive compares to other places (2x+ the prices) but food was food, ans vegetables were delicious. Desert was underwhelming
The starters are amazing! I'm not normally a fan of white beans, but this place does them so flavourful Ly that I could not stop eating them! The smoky eggplant is also exceptional. If you can find this place in the Medina, then you must...give the food a try!More
Basic Moroccan fare served in bright airy common area. Excellent appetizer. Grilled chicken and minced meat were good.
Food was just average and was a bit pricey (even on the set menu). Service was attentive. If adventurous, try some of the freshly prepared street food in the medina.. I wished I had done that instead.
Lovely old house with air conditioning in traditional setting . Had the chicken pastellito it was delicious- traditional mezze and fruit for dessert.
We first went up to the rooftop for a Medina View. Then we went back down and grabbed a table — eight different menus of your choice for a reasonable price. The menu includes an entree, main dish, and dessert. We had the number 2...menu- the chicken tajine. The entree serves in small plates with Morrocan bread, and that small portion entree wasn't fresh. So haven't touch it! The chicken is okay; you get one chicken tight for the price of 140 dirhams with nothing on it, no potatoes or vegetable you eat with bread. For the dessert is fresh fruits, we almost didn't want it because we waited for another two hours, but the waiter insists us to wait. Terrible place, never go back! It was so busy during lunch. Lots of groups, for the individual, has to wait for so long to serve.More
Nice atmosphere but most of these places do. Good service. Menu has 8 option, the meat balls and the Kafta were great. Starters are the same for all and gave a good range of dishes. Fruit to finish.
We were with the group and it was recommended by our leader. We all ordered different things (starters were the same for everybody) and we all enjoyed our food. We've chosen to sit on the rooftop and it was very nice with the view over...rooftops.More
Stopped for lunch ahead of the group's beautiful Riad and great resturant. The spread of starters had their own twist and were quickly finished along with the bread. The vegetarian tagine was my favorite. There was goat, chicken, couscous on offer, all finished with fruit....A great spot to chill and enjoy the wifi.More
Seems to be a stop for tour groups. Compared to other places in Morocco the prices are high and portions small. Limited menu but you can get all the basic Moroccan tagines, kebobs, etc.
Ask for the menu a la carte .....or you will be given the more expensive menu of 3 set courses! or actually better go somewhere else where
